Now the two limited liability companies have been invested and set up by Dalian Mingyang Industrial Co., Ltd. They are: Dalian Innovation Gear Box Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and Dalian SHENGYU Mechanical Manufacturing Co., Ltd. Dalian Innovation Gear Box Manufacturing Co., Ltd which is a share holder founded in October of 2000, and it is a limited liability joint venture company funded by the previous Dalian Gear Box Plant and Dalian Innovation Accessory Manufacturing Co., Ltd. Dalian SHENGYU Mechanical Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is one of the investors, was founded in July of 2003 after bought by the work partners of the Gear Subsidiary Plant under Dalian Gear Box Plant. By taking creating value for customers as our own duty, and taking development as our purpose, and by constantly enlarging the market and increasing the market shares for our products, our company has set up the general strategy that takes the production of gears as the core, and tries to diversify our products to the fields of chemical machineries, environment protection machinery and medical machineries on the basis of the increasing market shares of our products steadily in the fields of automobile, machine tools, engineering machinery, and textile machinery.
